Personal data that we collect
 
We use your data in our order, financial and project management systems.
All our systems are secured according to the guidelines.
• Office365 (Advanced Threat Protection)
• Windows Server (Credential Guard)
 
Taureon does not use portable media that stores data from our customers.
Our laptops are equipped with Windows 10 and secured.
We continuously monitor whether any of our and your data is being misused,
if this happens, you will be informed accordingly.
The data we collect are:
· Name and address
· E-mail
· Bank account number
· VAT number
· Chamber of Commerce number
 
We keep your data as long as required by law. The legal storage period of our administration is 30 years. This retention period is required within the laws and regulations of medical devices and it’s traceability.
